John Ross (artist)
John Ross is a comic book artist who lives and works in the UK. Biography Ross started working for Panini Comics in 1996, working on titles such as '' Masked Rider'', ''Action Man'' and ''Spectacular Spider-Man Adventures''. During this time he also worked on occasional covers for various of Panini's Marvel US reprint titles and the main strip in ''Doctor Who Magazine''. More recently he worked on the ''Jackie Chan Adventures'' for Eaglemoss and the first six issues of ''Doctor Who - Battles in Time'' for Fabbri.''Oblivion'', page 226, John is now the resident artist on the ''Doctor Who Adventures'' strip for the BBC. Doctor Who
''Doctor Who'' is a British science fiction television series broadcast by the BBC since 1963. The series depicts the adventures of a Time Lord called the Doctor, an extraterrestrial being who appears to be human. The Doctor explores the universe in a time-travelling space ship called the TARDIS. The TARDIS exterior appears as a blue British police box, which was a common sight in Britain in 1963 when the series first aired. With various companions, the Doctor combats foes, works to save civilisations, and helps people in need. Beginning with William Hartnell, thirteen actors have headlined the series as the Doctor; in 2017, Jodie Whittaker became the first woman to officially play the role on television. Stephen Cole (born 1971) (also credited as Steve Cole, Tara Samms and Paul Grice) is an English author of children's books and science fiction. He was also in charge of BBC Worldwide's merchandising of the BBC Television series ''Doctor Who'' between 1997 and 1999 and as executive producer on the Big Finish Productions range of List of Doctor Who audio plays by Big Finish, ''Doctor Who'' audio dramas. In 2013, Ian Fleming Publications announced that Cole would continue the Young Bond series first penned by Charlie Higson, with the addition of four new books to the series. Rob Davis is a British comics artist, writer, and editorial illustrator located in Blandford Forum, Dorset. He has contributed to ''Roy of the Rovers'', ''Judge Dredd'', '' Doctor Who Magazine'' and ''Doctor Who Adventures''. Scott Gray is a comic book writer from New Zealand who lives and works in the UK. Biography Gray began his career writing and illustrating comic stories for '' Razor Magazine'', '' Time Space Visualiser'' and ''Timestreams'' using his given name of Warwick Gray whilst living in Dunedin, New Zealand. In 1991 he sold a story to ''Doctor Who Magazine'', prompting him to move to work in the UK. ''Doctor Who Adventures'' (abbreviated as ''DWA'') was a British magazine devoted to the science fiction television programme ''Doctor Who''. Originally published by Immediate Media Company, the magazine launched in 2006 to accompany the revived era of the show. It featured news, behind-the-scenes articles, comic strips, puzzles, pull-out posters and information from then-upcoming episodes of the series.
