John Roskam is the executive director of the Institute of Public Affairs (IPA), a libertarian think tank based in Melbourne, Australia. Career According to Roskam's byline on an opinion column in the '' Australian Financial Review'', "during the 2001 federal election he worked on the Liberals' federal campaign". The Liberal Party of Australia (Victorian Division), branded as Liberal Victoria, and commonly known as the Victorian Liberals, is the state division of the Liberal Party of Australia in Victoria. David Kemp (politician)
David Alistair Kemp (born 14 October 1941) is a retired Australian politician. He was a Liberal member of the Australian House of Representatives from March 1990 to October 2004, representing the Division of Goldstein, Victoria. Early life and education Kemp was born in Melbourne, Victoria, and was educated at the University of Melbourne and Yale University, where he gained a doctoral degree in politics. Mike Nahan
Michael Dennis Nahan (born 2 July 1950) is a former Australian politician who was Leader of the Liberal Party of Australia's Western Australian branch and Leader of the Opposition from the 2017 state election until his resignation in June 2019. He served as Treasurer of Western Australia under the Barnett Ministry from March 2014 until the government's fall in March 2017. Nahan was also the Member of the Legislative Assembly for Riverton from 2008 until 2021, when he was succeeded by Labor's Jags Krishnan. Marlene Goldsmith
Marlene Mary Herbert Goldsmith (29 September 1942 – 13 April 2000) was an Australian politician. She was a Liberal member of the New South Wales Legislative Council. Born Marlene Herbert in Gunnedah to parents Cecil and Esme, and brothers Warwick and Mark. Marlene studied to be a teacher, receiving a Bachelor of Arts She received a Commonwealth Scholarship in 1960. resulting in teaching at St. Mary's College, Gunnedah where she was held in high regard. She was then awarded a teaching scholarship to the University of Minnesota in 1978 (and a PhD), and a Thurston Scholarship in Foundations of Education in 1981. She taught in both the United States and in New South Wales, and was also a research consultant. She married Ian Goldsmith, with whom she had a daughter. Gary Thomas Johns (born 29 August 1952) is an Australian writer and former politician. Donald Keith Hayward (born 26 September 1932) is a former Australian politician. He was born in Broken Hill to James Keith Hayward and Elsa Margaret, ''née'' Egan.
