John F 'Ginger' McGee is an Irish born greyhound trainer. He is a seven times champion trainer of Great Britain and was regarded as the leading trainer during the early 1990s. Career McGee first came to national attention as head man to Fred Wiseman in 1987. He took over the Peaceful kennels in Ockendon Road, Upminster during 1988 and instantly gained success by winning the 1988 English Greyhound Derby with Hit the Lid in his maiden year. Gino reached the same final for McGee and Sard won the 1988 Gold Collar. The year ended with McGee claiming the Greyhound Trainer of the Year title. 1989 proved to be another notable year as McGee became Champion trainer for the second time and won the Trainers Championship. John McGee (born January 27, 1973) is an American politician who served as a Republican member of the Idaho Senate, representing the 10th district from 2004 to 2012. He also served as the majority caucus chairman. He resigned in February 2012 following an accusation of sexual harassment. Early life and education McGee was born in Nampa, Idaho and raised in Caldwell. He graduated from Vallivue High School in 1991 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the College of Idaho in 1995. He was elected student body president at both institutions. John Joseph McGee (August 6, 1845 – April 10, 1927) was Clerk of the Privy Council of Canada from May 20, 1882 to May 5, 1907 and is the longest-serving occupant of the position. Born in Wexford, Ireland, McGee immigrated to Canada in 1863 at the request of his half-brother D'Arcy McGee. He finished his education at McGill University and joined the civil service in 1879 as a first class clerk in the Department of the Interior. He became Assistant Clerk of the Queen's Privy Council in 1880 and became Clerk of the Privy Council two years later.
