John Marino
John Marino (born May 21, 1997) is an American professional ice hockey Defenceman, defenseman for the New Jersey Devils in the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers, 154th overall, in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. Personal life Marino was the second of two sons born on May 21, 1997, in Easton, Massachusetts, U.S., to parents Jen and Paul II. Both Marino and his twin brother Paul III weighed over seven pounds, leading doctors to believe one of them would be born with a condition. After Paul III was born with bowed legs, a doctor at Boston Children's Hospital suggested their parents enrol him in hockey lessons. This was because the stride needed for hockey could allow a natural process for his legs to straighten. Arizona State Sun Devils Men's Ice Hockey
The Arizona State Sun Devils men's ice hockey team is the college ice hockey team that represents Arizona State University. It plays its home games at Mullett Arena in Tempe. The Sun Devils initially competed in the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA). In ice hockey, a goal is scored when the puck entirely crosses the goal line between the two goal posts and below the goal crossbar. 2023 NHL Entry Draft
The 2023 NHL Entry Draft will be the 61st NHL Entry Draft. The draft is expected to be held on June 28–29, 2023, at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. Eligibility Ice hockey players born between January 1, 2003, and September 15, 2005, are eligible for selection in the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. Ty Smith (ice Hockey)
Ty Smith (born March 24, 2000) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins of the American Hockey League (AHL) while under contract to the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was drafted in the first round, 17th overall, in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft by the New Jersey Devils. Playing career Smith was selected first overall by the Spokane Chiefs in the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft. Brian Dumoulin
Brian Joseph Dumoulin (born September 6, 1991) is an American professional ice hockey defenseman for the Pittsburgh Penguins of the National Hockey League (NHL). Dumoulin was selected by the Carolina Hurricanes in the 2nd round (51st overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. Growing up in Maine, Dumoulin played hockey for the Biddeford High School Tigers where he helped them win back-to-back state championships. Following this, he played one season with the New Hampshire Junior Monarchs before starting his freshman season at Boston College. 2021–22 NHL Season
The 2021–22 NHL season was the 105th season of operation (104th season of play) of the National Hockey League (NHL). The league expanded to 32 teams with the addition of the Seattle Kraken. The league had an October-to-April regular season scheduling and a full 82-game regular season for the first time since the 2018–19 NHL season as the previous two NHL seasons were shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Winnipeg Jets are a professional ice hockey team based in Winnipeg. The team competes in the National Hockey League (NHL) as a member of the Central Division in the Western Conference, and is owned by True North Sports & Entertainment, playing its home games at Canada Life Centre.
