John M. Will
John Mylin Will (15 September 1899 – 5 May 1981) was an American naval officer, President of American Export-Isbrandtsen Lines, commander-in-chief of Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet in World War II, and Vice admiral of the United States Navy who subsequently served commanding officer of the United States Seventh Fleet at Midway Atoll and Guam, and retired full admiral. Mylin was assigned to Bureau of Naval Personnel where he served training-director as well as commanding officer of cruiser ''Columbus''. Besides serving in the naval department, he was the president and later, chairman of the Arthur Tickle Engineering Works Inc. Perth Amboy is a city in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Perth Amboy is part of the New York metropolitan area. As of the 2020 U.S. census, the city's population was 55,436. Perth Amboy has a Hispanic majority population. In the 2010 census, the Hispanic population made up 78.1% of the population, the second-highest in the state, behind Union City at 84.7%. Perth Amboy is known as the "City by the Bay", referring to its location adjoining Raritan Bay. The earliest residents of the area were the Lenape Native Americans, who called the point on which the city lies "Ompoge". The third USS ''Columbus'' (CA-74/CG-12), a heavy cruiser, was the first ship of the United States Navy named for Columbus, Ohio. Military Sealift Command (MSC) is an organization that controls the replenishment and military transport ships of the United States Navy. Military Sealift Command has the responsibility for providing sealift and ocean transportation for all US military services as well as for other government agencies. Deerfield is a census-designated place (CDP) in Augusta County, Virginia, United States. The population as of the 2010 Census was 132. It has a very low population density, as it is a small unincorporated rural area. The Deerfield mall is the main store of the town. Deerfield consists of farms, hunting areas, old plantation houses, and scenic views of the mountains. Deer, bear, and other forms of wildlife fill the area.
