John Kimbell
John Kimbell (born January 3, 1969) is an American professional golfer. Kimbell was born in Atlanta, Georgia. He did not start playing golf until the age of 22. He turned professional in 1997. Kimbell played on mini-tours, winning three NGA Hooters Tour events and one Tight Lies Tour event. He has played on the Nationwide Tour since 2007. He has one win on Tour, the 2007 South Georgia Classic. A professional golfer is somebody who receives payments or financial rewards in the sport of golf that are directly related to their skill or reputation. A person who earns money by teaching or playing golf is traditionally considered a "golf pro," most of whom are teachers/coaches. 2007 Nationwide Tour
The 2007 Nationwide Tour season ran from January 25 to November 4. The season consisted of 32 official money golf tournaments; three of which were played outside the United States. The top 25 players on the year-end money list earned their PGA Tour card for 2008. Nick Flanagan earned his PGA Tour card by winning three tournaments on the season. Matt Jones (golfer)
Matthew Paul Jones (born 19 April 1980) is an Australian professional golfer who plays on LIV Golf. Previously he played on the PGA Tour where he won twice, in the 2014 Shell Houston Open and The Honda Classic in 2021. Jones has also won the Emirates Australian Open twice, in 2015 and 2019. Amateur career Jones was born in Sydney. He later moved to the United States to attend Arizona State University where he was a first-team All-American. He turned professional in 2001.
