John Holmquist is an American animator, director, designer, and storyboard artist. He has worked on several episodes of ''Rugrats'' as a director and storyboard artist from the late 1990s to early 2000s. Holmquist has also acted as a director for some episodes of '' Family Guy''. ''Rugrats'' is an American animated television series created by Arlene Klasky, Gábor Csupó, and Paul Germain for Nickelodeon. The show focuses on a group of toddlers; most prominently— Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica, and twins Phil and Lil, and their day-to-day lives, usually involving life experiences that become much greater adventures in the imaginations of the main characters.
