John C. King
John Crookshanks King (1806–1882) was a Scotland-born sculptor in Boston, Massachusetts, in the 19th century. He created portraits of John Quincy Adams, Louis Agassiz, Robert Burns, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Horace Greeley, Walter Scott Sir Walter Scott, 1st Baronet (15 August 1771 – 21 September 1832), was a Scottish novelist, poet, playwright and historian. Many of his works remain classics of European and Scottish literature, notably the novels ''Ivanhoe'', ''Rob Roy (n ..., Daniel Webster, Samuel B. Woodward and others.
