John C. Gibbons
John "Johnny" C. Gibbons (died 20 May 2021) was a Palau, Palauan politician. He was the Executive Administrator of Koror from 1985–1997 and then became the first Governor of Koror from 1998–2006. He was the Ministry of Justice (Republic of Palau), Minister of Justice from 2009–2013. He died on 20 May 2021 and is survived by his wife Dirioulidid Ruth Gibbons, his two children and grandchildren. A state funeral was held for him on 3 June 2021. References

Oilouch (born 1965 or 1966) is a Palauan politician who served as the Vice President of Palau from 19 January 2017 to 21 January 2021. Elias Camsek Chin (born 10 October 1949) is a Palauan politician. He served as the Vice President of Palau from 1 January 2005 to 15 January 2009. He was elected as the president of the Senate of Palau from 16 January 2013 to 19 January 2017. Early life Elias Camsek Chin was born in Peleliu, Palau, on October 11, 1949. Koror is the state comprising the main commercial centre of the Republic of Palau. It consists of several islands, the most prominent being Koror Island (also ''Oreor Island'').
