Junction is a town in and the county seat of Piute County, Utah, United States. The population was 191 at the 2010 census. Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 15.0 square miles (38.7 km2), of which 14.4 square miles (37.2 km2) is land and 0.6 square miles (1.5 km2) (3.88%) is water. Climate This climatic region is typified by large seasonal temperature differences, with warm to hot (and often humid) summers and cold (sometimes severely cold) winters.
