Johannes Perens (26 September 1906 Kaavi, Torgu Parish (now Saaremaa Parish), Kreis Ösel – 25 December 1941 Ussolye prison camp, Perm Oblast) was an Estonian politician. He was a member of the V Riigikogu V Riigikogu was the fifth legislature of the Estonian Parliament (Riigikogu). The legislature was elected after 1932 elections (held on 21–23 May 1932). It sat between 15 June 1932 and 2 October 1934, when its activities were suspended. Saaremaa Municipality, also known as Saaremaa Rural Municipality ( et, Saaremaa vald), is a municipality in Saare County in western Estonia. It is the largest municipality in Estonia by land area.
