Johan Lisabeth
Johan Lisabeth (born 25 June 1971 in Tielt, West Flanders) is a retired Belgian athlete who specialised in the high hurdles. He represented his country at the 1996 Summer Olympics, reaching the semifinals, and 1995 World Championships, reaching the second round. His personal bests are 13.53 seconds in the 110 metres hurdles (Atlanta 1996) and 7.69 seconds in the indoor 60 metres hurdles 60 metres hurdles is a distance in hurdling which is generally run in indoor competitions. The men's 110 metres hurdles was an event at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. The final was held on July 29, 1996. Sixty-two athletes from 39 nations competed. The maximum number of athletes per nation had been set at 3 since the 1930 Olympic Congress. The event was won by Allen Johnson of the United States, the nation's 18th title in the event. Florian Schwarthoff's bronze was the first medal in the event for Germany, though East Germany had won gold in 1980.
