Joel Cooper (footballer)
Joel William Cooper (born 29 February 1996) is a Northern Irish professional association football, footballer who plays as a Midfielder, winger for NIFL Premiership club Linfield F.C., Linfield. Cooper began his career with his local NIFL Championship club Ballyclare Comrades F.C., Ballyclare Comrades, playing 49 games before joining Glenavon F.C., Glenavon in the NIFL Premiership in 2015. He won the Irish Cup and NIFL Charity Shield with Glenavon and was named as Northern Ireland Young Player of the Year for the 2015–16 season. He signed with Linfield F.C., Linfield in 2018 and won two. Irish Premiership titles and an Northern Ireland Football League Cup, Irish League Cup title, as well as the Northern Ireland Football Writers' Association Player of the Year award for the 2019–20 season. Ballyclare
Ballyclare () is a small town in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It had a population of 9,953 according to the 2011 census, and is located within the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council area. It sits on the river Six Mile Water. The town probably owes its origins to its being a crossing point of the river, the strategic importance of which is shown by existence of a small Norman motte on the south side of the river and presently located in the War Memorial Park. The broad main street dates from the 17th century. In the centre of the town is the Market Square with the Town Hall. The town grew in the 19th century with the coming of the railway and it became an important industrial town with a large paper mill in the South West of the town and a large Linen Bleach Green. Dixon Park is a football stadium located in Ballyclare, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. It is home to Ballyclare Comrades F.C. Features The stadium holds 2,398 with 538 seats. 2016–17 NIFL Premiership
The 2016–17 NIFL Premiership (known as the Danske Bank Premiership for sponsorship reasons) was the ninth season of Northern Ireland's highest national football league in this format since its inception in 2008, the 116th season of Irish league football overall, and the fourth season of the league operating as part of the Northern Ireland Football League. Mourneview Park
Mourneview Park is a football stadium in Lurgan, County Armagh, Northern Ireland, and is the home ground of NIFL Premiership club Glenavon. The stadium holds 4,160 and was originally built in 1895. The 2008–09 Irish League Cup, 2010–11 Irish League Cup and 2020-21 Irish Cup finals were held at the stadium. Windsor Park is a football stadium in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The 2015–16 Irish Cup (known as the Tennent's Irish Cup for sponsorship purposes) was the 136th edition of the premier knock-out cup competition in Northern Irish football since its introduction in 1881. Gary Hamilton (born 6 October 1980) is a footballer from Northern Ireland. He is currently the player-manager for NIFL Premiership club Glenavon. Career Hamilton currently holds the NIFL Premiership record for the number of goals scored in a match, scoring six for Portadown against Omagh Town in October 2004. In 2006, he moved to Glentoran, having previously played for Portadown, Raufoss IL, Rochdale and Blackburn Rovers. He gained five international caps between 2003 and 2004, having previously represented Northern Ireland at every other level.
