Joe Webb
Joseph Webb III (born November 14, 1986) is an American football quarterback who is a free agent. He also plays as a kick returner. After playing college football for the UAB Blazers, Webb was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft as a quarterback. He has also played for the Carolina Panthers, the Buffalo Bills, and the Houston Texans. Webb holds the NFL record for most tackles by a Quarterback with 21. Early years Born to Joseph and Wanda Webb, Joe Webb attended Ensley High School from 2001–2004. He transferred to Wenonah High School in 2004, where he was named honorable mention Class 5A All-State by the Alabama Sports Writers Association. Carolina Panthers
The Carolina Panthers are a professional American football team based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Neil Callaway
Claude Neil Callaway (born November 15, 1955) is an American college football coach and former player who is the offensive line coach for the Michigan Panthers of the United States Football League (USFL). Callaway served as the head football coach at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) from 2007 to 2011, compiling a record of 18–42. A 1974 graduate of Central High School in Macon, Georgia, he played collegiately at the University of Alabama for coach Bear Bryant as a lineman and linebacker before graduating in 1978. Lester Watson Brown (born April 19, 1950) is a retired American football coach and former player. He was most recently the head football coach at Tennessee Technological University, a position he held from 2007 to 2015. Previously, Brown served as the head coach at Austin Peay State University (1979–1980), the University of Cincinnati (1983), Rice University (1984–1985), Vanderbilt University (1986–1990), and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (1995–2006). Redshirt, in United States college athletics, is a delay or suspension of an athlete's participation in order to lengthen their period of eligibility. Typically, a student's athletic eligibility in a given sport is four seasons, aligning with the four years of academic classes typically required to earn a bachelor's degree at an American college or university. Selection is based on four criteria: scholarship (academic achievement), leadership, service, and character.
