The 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (abbreviated as AFCON 2017 or CAN 2017), known as the Total 2017 Africa Cup of Nations for sponsorship reasons, was the 31st edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the biennial international men's football championship of Africa organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The Belgian Fourth Division was the lowest nationwide division in Belgian football. The division was split into four separate leagues, A, B, C and D. The team with the most points in the four leagues together was declared the overall winner. If several league winners had the same number of points, the one with the most wins was declared champion, or if that was still tied, then the one with the best goal average was declared champion. Joaquim Francisco Filho (born 27 October 1940), sometimes known simply as Francisco, is a Brazilian former professional footballer and coach. A midfielder, he spent 17 years as a footballer in Brazil, Venezuela, Portugal and France before going into coaching at the age of 33.
