Joe Montemurro
Joseph Adrian Montemurro (born 13 September 1969) is an Australian soccer coach and former player who is the head coach of Italian club Juventus Women. Montemurro played as a midfielder during his short playing career, mainly in Italy, before returning to Australia to play in the Victorian state leagues. He began coaching in youth football for various Victorian clubs, before his first managerial role with Sunshine George Cross, and then later, Coburg United. His first job abroad came in 2013, spending four months as the inaugural manager of Papua New Guinean side Port Moresby. From 2014 to 2017, he managed the women's sides of Melbourne Victory and Melbourne City, and then replaced Pedro Martínez Losa as manager of Arsenal, where he won the league title in his second season with the club. 2018–19 FA WSL
The 2018–19 FA WSL was the eighth edition of the FA Women's Super League (WSL) since it was formed in 2010. It was the first season after a rebranding of the four highest levels in English women's football. The previous FA WSL 2 became the Championship – eleven clubs competed in the 2018–19 FA Women's Championship. Arsenal won their first WSL since 2012 with a 4–0 victory over Brighton & Hove Albion. Teams Following restructuring of the women's game in order to provide for a fully professional Women's Super League (WSL), membership of both the first and second tier is subject to a licence, based on a series of off-the-field criteria. Sydney Football Club Women is an Australian women's football club based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It competes in the A-League Women, the top tier of women's football in Australia. The club is directly affiliated with Sydney FC. History Establishment The formation of the W-League in October 2008 saw the league composed of eight teams. Melbourne City Football Club Youth is the youth system of Melbourne City Football Club based in Melbourne, Victoria. The youth team plays in the NPL Victoria 3, the third tier of Victorian football in Australia. The club also competes in the under-21s A-League Youth competition. Hekari United, formerly known as POM Souths, Souths United, PRK Souths United and Hekari Souths United, is a professional football club formed in 2006, based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The KPHL National Soccer League, also known as the Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited National Soccer League for sponsorship reasons, is the men's top division of professional soccer in Papua New Guinea.
