Joe Hursley
Joseph Gregory Hursley (born March 19, 1979) is an actor and musician living in Los Angeles, California. Early life Hursley was born in Austin, Texas. His great-grandfather is Frank M. Hursley, co-creator of ''General Hospital'', the longest running television soap opera. His father, Greg Hursley, is an architectural photographer and his mother Kelle is a nurse. Hursley began his entertainment career after participating in the Schick "Groove n' Smooth" national talent search in 1999. He won the talent search, and started a karaoke company at age 19. He became well known in Austin nightlife scene as ''Karaoke Joe'', going on to perform over five-hundred shows the next few years. Career Hursley's first big break in the entertainment business was being tapped by Ashton Kutcher to star in the 2004 MTV reality comedy series ''You've Got a Friend''. Penelope Spheeris (born December 2, 1945 or 1946; sources differ) is an American film director, producer, and screenwriter. She has directed both documentary and scripted films. Her best-known works include the trilogy titled ''The Decline of Western Civilization'', each covering an aspect of Los Angeles underground culture, and ''Wayne's World'', her highest-grossing film. ''Miami Ink'' was an American reality show that ran on TLC from 2005–2008 and follows the events that took place at a tattoo shop in Miami Beach, Florida. The Ringers
The Ringers were a Los Angeles–based rock band formed in 2006. They broke up in 2010. Band members were Joe Hursley (vocals, guitar), Joe Robinson (lead guitar), Joe Stiteler (bass), and Patrick Hursley (drums). They released their second full-length album ''Headlocks and Highkicks'' in August 2008, with Dave Cobb producing. Their first album, "''Tokyo Massage III''", was released on November 10, 2006.
