Joe Cunnane
Joe Cunnane is a former Gaelic footballer and Australian rules footballer who represented Ireland at the Australian Football International Cup and also appeared on two Irish football reality television shows. Playing career Australian football ThDublin Demonsclubman was the ruckman on the Ireland national Australian rules football team which won the 2002 Australian Football International Cup. Cunnane was one of Ireland's best players in the final against Papua New Guinea. He was top scorer when Ireland won the 2001 Atlantic Alliance Cup, playing at full-forward and played in the forward line again in the 2008 Australian Football International Cup, reaching the semi-finals. Tulsk
Tulsk () is a village in County Roscommon, Ireland, on the N5 national primary road between Strokestown and Bellanagare. It is 19 km north of Roscommon town. Heritage Near Tulsk is Cruachan, an Iron Age (Gaelic) royal palace. 2008 Australian Football International Cup
The 2008 Australian Football International Cup was the third time the Australian Football International Cup, an international Australian rules football competition, has been contested. It was scheduled for 2008 (as part of the 150th year celebrations of Australian Football), with 16 nations competing. The tournament was hosted by both Melbourne and Warrnambool in Victoria, Australia between 27 August and 6 September, with a single match additionally played in Geelong. Like previous tournaments, the competition was open to men's teams with strict nationality eligibility rules. The Grand Final was played between New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Papua New Guinea were victorious by 8 points with a goal kicked after the siren. Roscommon (; ) is the county town and the largest town in County Roscommon in Ireland. It is roughly in the centre of Ireland, near the meeting of the N60, N61 and N63 roads. The name Roscommon is derived from Coman mac Faelchon who built a monastery there in the 5th century. The woods near the monastery became known as Ros Comáin (''St. Coman's Wood'').
