Joe Bova
Joseph Bova (May 25, 1924 – March 12, 2006) was an American actor. He worked in early television, having a children's show on WABC-TV in New York, and played Prince Dauntless in the Broadway musical ''Once Upon a Mattress'', starring Carol Burnett Carol Creighton Burnett (born April 26, 1933) is an American actress, comedian, singer, and writer. Her groundbreaking comedy variety show ''The Carol Burnett Show'', which originally aired on CBS was one of the first of its kind to be hosted .... Bova was born in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Mary (née Catalano) and Anthony Bova. He died of emphysema at the Actor's Fund retirement home in Englewood, New Jersey. He was 81 years old. Debuting in October 1983 with a pilot episode and then being picked up for syndication in September 1984, the show ran for 4 seasons through July 1988.
