Jobe Murphy
John Benjamin "Jobe" Murphy (born 16 October 1992 in Huddersfield, England) is a former rugby league footballer who played primarily as a . He played for the Bradford Bulls in the Super League and for the Dewsbury Rams. He also represented Ireland at international level. Bradford Bulls 2012 - 2012 Season Murphy featured on the bench in the pre-season games against Castleford Tigers and Dewsbury Rams. He was promoted to a starting second row spot in the friendly against Keighley Cougars. 2013 - 2013 Season Murphy featured in the two pre-season friendlies against Dewsbury Rams and Leeds Rhinos. He made his début in Round 3 (Castleford Tigers). He featured in three consecutive games from Round 6 (Widnes Vikings) to Round 8 (Catalans Dragons). He was released at the end of the season. Huddersfield
Huddersfield is a market town in the Kirklees district in West Yorkshire, England. It is the administrative centre and largest settlement in the Kirklees district. The town is in the foothills of the Pennines. The River Holme's confluence into the similar-sized Colne to the south of the town centre which then flows into the Calder in the north eastern outskirts of the town. Sheffield Eagles
The Sheffield Eagles are a professional rugby league club that play in the Championship (rugby league), Betfred Championship. The club play their home games at the Olympic Legacy Park (OLP) on the former site of Don Valley Stadium, their former ground. The original club was formed in 1984 and formerly competed in the Super League. The new, current club was formed in 2000 following a merger of the old club with Huddersfield Giants. The old club's biggest achievement was winning the Challenge Cup in 1998. Glenn Morrison
Glenn Adam Morrison (born 28 May 1976), is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer and coach. He played for the Parramatta Eels, the Balmain Tigers, the North Sydney Bears and the North Queensland Cowboys in the National Rugby League before moving to England to play for the Bradford Bulls and then the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats ( Heritage No. 1274) (captain). 2014 European Cup (rugby League)
The 2014 European Cup was an international rugby league football tournament. The tournament took place in England, Wales, France, Ireland and Scotland between 17 October and 2 November. It was announced beforehand that the winner of the tournament would qualify for the 2016 Four Nations, and also that if Ireland or Wales won tournament, they will automatically qualify for the 2017 Rugby League World Cup (due to the World Cup qualifying tournament taking place at the same time as the 2016 Four Nations). France and Scotland had already qualified for that tournament. The England Knights were defending Champions but they did not compete in this year's tournament. Four teams competed in the 2014 event; Scotland, Ireland, France and Wales. Scotland were crowned champions on points differential, and subsequently won their first European Cup title.
