Biography Maeder is the author of the memoir ''When I Married My Mother''. She has written for The New York Times, Vanity Fair, and More Magazine. In 1977, after spotting station bumper stickers and giving away prizes as Y100/Miami's "Y-onic Woman", she became their first female disc jockey, and one of the first female Top 40 DJs in the United States. Her air name was "The Madame." She was the first woman in that market to host a morning drive radio program: "Up and At 'Em with the Madame" on WINZ-FM/I-95. Howard Allan Stern (born January 12, 1954) is an American radio and television personality, comedian, and author. He is best known for his radio show, ''The Howard Stern Show'', which gained popularity when it was nationally syndicated on terrestrial radio from 1986 to 2005. He has broadcast on Sirius XM Radio since 2006. Stern landed his first radio jobs while at Boston University.
