Jo Darr Gya Woh Marr Gya (Urdu: جو ڈر گیا وہ مر گیا) is a 1995 Pakistani suspense-crime thriller Urdu film. The film is an adaptation of the 1992 American thriller ''Consenting Adults'', directed by Alan J. Pakula. Iqbal Kashmiri
Iqbal Kashmiri (1942 Lahore – 15 November 2020) was a Lollywood film director. Kashmiri died as a result of kidney disease. Kashmiri “delivered a total of 84 films, in Urdu, Punjabi and Pashto.” Early life and career Kashmiri's father, Karim Bakhsh, ran a hotel near Delhi Darwaza, Lahore, Pakistan. His first foray in film was as an extra in the 1954 movie ''Deewar''. ''Taxi Driver'' was his first film as a director, in 1970 followed by ''Babul'' (1971) and ''Banarsi Thag'' (1973). As a young man, he was fond of movies, and was introduced to the Pakistani actor Ilyas Kashmiri who used to live in his neighborhood in Lahore. With Ilyas Kashmiri's help, he was able to play a small role in a Punjabi-language film ''Yakke Wali'' (1957). He later worked as an assistant to many veteran Pakistani film directors Amin Malik, M. Consenting Adults (1992 Film)
''Consenting Adults'' is a 1992 American mystery crime-thriller film directed by Alan J. Pakula, and stars Kevin Kline, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Kevin Spacey and Rebecca Miller. The original music score was composed by Michael Small. The film's tagline is: "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife." Plot Composer Richard Parker and his wife Priscilla live an ordinary suburban life until they meet their new neighbors Eddy and Kay Otis. The two couples became friends. Kay's talent for blues singing gets Richard's attention, while Eddy is attracted to Priscilla. It becomes clear that Eddy is a scam artist when he fakes a neck injury after an auto accident for the insurance proceeds (the majority of which he offers to the Parkers as a gift). Eddy chastises Richard for not living dangerously, and suggests they swap mates for an evening.
