__FORCETOC__ Park Jin-woo (; born March 15, 1996), better known by his stage name Jinjin (Hangul: 진진) is a South Korean rapper, singer, composer, dancer, and model. He debuted as the leader of the South Korean boy group Astro on February 23, 2016, under the label Fantagio. He is also a member of the duo Jinjin & Rocky. Early life Jinjin was born on March 15, 1996, in Seoul, South Korea. He attended and graduated from Hanlim Multi Art School with a focus on Practical Dance. He attended NY Dance Academy in Ilsan and participated in various dance competitions. Career 2015: Pre-debut Jinjin was a trainee for 2 years in Fantagio before debuting with Astro. Jinjin & Rocky
Jinjin & Rocky (Korean: 진진 & 라키) is the second official sub-unit of South Korean boy band Astro. The duo formed by Fantagio in 2022 is composed of two Astro members: Jinjin and Rocky. Their debut extended play, '' Restore'', was released on January 17, 2022. Career Pre-debut On December 27, 2021, Fantagio released a surprise image teaser announcing that Jinjin and Rocky would form a duo and release their EP '' Restore'' the next month. Park Min-hyuk (; born February 25, 1999), better known by his stage name Rocky (), is a South Korean dancer, rapper, singer, actor, and composer under the label of Fantagio. He is a member of the South Korean boy group Astro, being the main dancer and lead rapper. He is also a member of the Astro sub-unit Jinjin & Rocky. Astro () is a South Korean boy band formed by Fantagio that debuted in 2016. The group is composed of six members: MJ (South Korean singer), MJ, Jinjin, Cha Eun-woo, Moon Bin, Rocky (singer), Rocky and Yoon San-ha. ''Gateway'' is the seventh extended play by South Korean boy group Astro. It was released on May 4, 2020, by Fantagio Music and distributed by Kakao M. The album contains six songs including the lead single "Knock". This is their third number one album in South Korea. Reception The group re-entered the Emerging Artists chart at number 49. ''All Light'' is the debut Korean-language studio album by South Korean boy band Astro. It was released on January 16, 2019, through Fantagio Music. The album was released following a hiatus due to internal issues at their label. It debuted atop the Gaon Album Chart and reached the top 10 of the US ''Billboard'' World Albums chart. Background The lead single from the album, "All Night", was called a "soulful dance track" with a "snapping beat guided by groovy synths", a "dynamic beat drop" and a "rhythmic chorus" by ''Billboard''.
