Jimmy Wang Yu (; born Wang Zheng Quan; 28 March 1943 – 5 April 2022) was a Hong Kong-Taiwanese martial artist, actor, film director, producer, and screenwriter. Initially a contract player for Shaw Brothers, he rose to fame for his starring role in ''One-Armed Swordsman'' (1967) and its sequels, and was one of the first major stars of martial arts and ''wuxia'' cinema. At the height of his fame in the 1970s, he was the highest-paid martial arts actor in the world. According to ''The New York Times'', Wang was "the biggest star of Asian martial arts cinema until the emergence of Bruce Lee." Off-screen, Wang Yu was notorious for his temperamental personality and his links to organized crime. He was a suspected member of the Bamboo Union triad, and was charged in the 1981 murder of several Four Seas Gang members, though he was acquitted due to a lack of evidence. Wang Yeu-tzuoo (), who also goes by Jimmy Wang, (born February 8, 1985) is a professional tennis player from Taiwan. Until the emergence of Lu Yen-hsun, Wang was the highest ranked player from Taiwan. The right-hander stands 5 feet 10 inches and weighs 141 pounds. Wang's trademark look is his wearing a white baseball cap backwards. Tennis career Juniors Wang started playing tennis at age seven and quickly emerged as one of Asia's most highly touted junior players. He made the final of the 2001 Australian Open Boys' Singles (losing to Janko Tipsarević) and the final of the 2001 US Open (tennis), US Open Boys' Singles (losing to Gilles Müller). James Franklin Wong (born March 28, 1987) is an American actor and musician. He is best known for his 2011 music video, "Ching Chong: Asians in the Library Song" and for his role as Ted in the web series '' Video Game High School''. In 2017, he and YouTuber Meghan Camarena co-hosted the video game themed variety show ''Polaris Primetime'', which was created as part of Disney's "DXP" programming block on Disney XD. Wong has appeared in feature films such as '' John Dies at the End,'' '' The Circle'', and the live-action version of '' Mulan''. Early life Wong grew up in Normandy Park, Washington.
