Jimmy Gooch (11 July 1921 – 2001) was an English professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Career Born in West Ham, Gooch began his career at Becontree. He joined Preston North End as an amateur in March 1942, turning professional in May of that year. Bradford is a city status in the United Kingdom, city and the administrative centre of the City of Bradford district in West Yorkshire, England. Initially a small market town, the Grand Junction Canal encouraged the construction of paper-making mills, print works, and breweries. While industry has declined in Watford, its location near London and transport links has attracted several companies to site their headquarters in the town. Cassiobury Park is a public park that was once the manor estate of the Earls of Essex. The town developed next to the River Colne on land belonging to St Albans Abbey.
