Jimmy Eriksson
Jimmy Eriksson (born 14 March 1991 in Tomelilla) is a Swedish race car driver who drove in the GP2 Series for Arden International in the 2016 GP2 Series Career Karting Eriksson made his karting debut in 2005, at the age of fourteen. In 2008 he was champion of the Swedish Formula Yamaha Championship. Formula Renault Eriksson began his car racing career by driving in the Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup with Motopark Academy in 2009. He took a victory at Alastaro Circuit along with fourteen point-scoring positions to finish sixteenth in championship. Also he competed in some races of Formula Renault 2.0 NEZ, Formula Renault 2.0 Sweden and Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, all with Motopark. 2014 Formula Acceleration 1 Season
The 2014 Formula Acceleration 1 season was a formula racing series that started over 25–27 April in Portimao, Portugal and ended over 17–19 October at the TT Circuit Assen, Netherlands. The series featured 12 teams that represented the nations in which they were founded. Their drivers did not have that nationality per sé, but the car represented the flag. This concept was similar to the one used in the former A1 Grand Prix series, whose vehicles were used in FA1. To attract young, yet serious, racing drivers, the 2014 winning driver/team was promised the full budget for the 2015 FA1 season and a test day in a GP2 Series car in Abu Dhabi. The 2014 GP3 Series was the fifth season of the third-tier of Formula One feeder championship and also fifth season under the moniker of GP3 Series, a motorsport, motor racing feeder series for Formula One and sister series GP2 Series, GP2. 2013 GP3 Series Season
The 2013 GP3 Series was the fourth season of the third-tier of Formula One feeder championship and also fourth season under the moniker of GP3 Series, a motor racing feeder series for Formula One and sister series GP2. Following a three-year cycle, the previous GP3 chassis was replaced by a brand new car, the GP3/13, built by Italian racing car manufacturer Dallara. The 280 bhp turbo-charged engine used from 2010 to 2012 was upgraded to a 400 bhp naturally-aspirated V6 unit, which will be used until end of 2015. Series organisers have anticipated that the new cars became up to three seconds per lap faster than the GP3/10 chassis; these estimations proved to be accurate during pre-season testing at the Autódromo do Estoril. Joel Eriksson (born 28 June 1998) is a Swedish racing driver who last competed in the 2021 ADAC GT Masters with KÜS Team Bernhard. Career Karting Eriksson began his karting career in 2007. He remained in karting until 2014. Formula 4 In 2014, Eriksson made his debut in open-wheel racing in the ADAC Formel Masters. In 2015 he stayed in the series, now called ADAC Formula 4, and finished the season second in the standings. F3 European Championship In 2016, Eriksson moved to the FIA Formula 3 European Championship with Motopark. He won one race at Spa-Francorchamps and was 5th in the championship standings. The GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup, officially known as Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS for sponsorship reasons, formerly the FIA GT Series, is a sports car racing series organized by the Stéphane Ratel Organisation (SRO) with the approval of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). Status Grand Prix is a former motorsport team registered in Canada. Team history Based in Silverstone the team was formed in 2005 to run the A1 Team Ireland franchise in the new A1 Grand Prix series.
