Jimilian
Jimilian Ismaili (born 22 August 1994) is a Danish singer. Life and career Ismaili's father was a well-known folk musician in Albania. The family left the country and lived temporarily in Belgium, until they applied for political asylum in Denmark. They lived in Center Sandholm, a receiving center for asylum seekers for a while before legally settling in Denmark in 2000. In 2006, Jimilian Ismaili competed in the Børne MGP (Danish Children's Melodi Grand Prix) under the name "Lil 'G" with "Penge". After the MGP, Jimilian continued to release music online, becoming popular through postings including "Elsker", "Virus", "Vibration", "Finde dit smil igen" and "Tættere på". Jimilian gained attention by featuring on "Ghetto" by Mido (real name Mohammed Zaghmout) and the follow-up "Ghetto Pt. 2" featuring Jimilian and Enrico Blak. Henrik Blak better known by his stage name Blak (born 1989 in Nakskov, Denmark) is a Danish rapper and songwriter. He started writing and rapping in 2002. In 2007, alongside Jimilian and Mido he helped launch Flex Music working as a main songwriter for the label. In 2011, he released "Ta' dine stiletter af" using the name Enrico Blak. In 2015 he released his single "Slem igen" using the mononym Blak and featuring Jimilian and Ceci Luca reaching number 8 on Tracklisten, the official Danish singles chart. Hedegaard also released a remix of the song. Blak's biggest success has become "Nede mette" topping the Danish singles chart. MGP Junior (standing for Melodi Grand Prix) is a Danish song contest for children aged 8 to 15. It originated in 2000 as a spin-off of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, before coming the national selection for the now-extinct MGP Nordic in 2002 and from 2006 to 2009. From 2003 to 2005, MGP Junior was Denmark's national selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, a pan-European version of the format.
