Elections 2018 Roscoe challenged incumbent Republican Representative Marti Halverson in the general election, and defeated Halverson with 55.6% of the vote. Marti Halverson (born 1959/1960 in New Britain, Connecticut) is an American politician who served as a Republican member of the Wyoming House of Representatives from District 22 from January 8, 2013, until January 8, 2019. Wilson is a census-designated place (CDP) in Teton County, Wyoming, United States. The population was 1,567 at the 2020 census, up from 1,482 in 2010. It is part of the Jackson, WY– ID Micropolitan Statistical Area. Wilson was pioneered in 1889 by Elijah Nicholas Wilson, known for having lived with the Shoshone Indians as a boy in the 1850s. There are 60 Representatives in the House, representing an equal number of single-member constituent districts across the state, each with a population of at least 9,000.
