Jim Burn
James R. Burn, Jr. is an American attorney and martial arts instructor. Over a 22-year period of public service, he has served as mayor of Millvale Borough in Allegheny County, Allegheny County Council Chairman of the Allegheny County Democratic Committee and the Pennsylvania Democratic Party. Burn graduated from Duquesne University in 1985 and obtained his J.D. at the University of Dayton in 1988, where he was president of the Student Bar Association and the Phi Delta Phi fraternity. Marcel L. Groen (Born November 2, 1945) is an American lawyer and the former Chairman of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party from 2015 until his resignation on February 2, 2018. Before being selected as the state party chairman, Groen's political experience in Pennsylvania included as Finance Chair of the Bucks County and Montgomery County Democratic Parties as well as Chairman of Montgomery County Democratic Committee since 1994. Phi Delta Phi () is an international legal honor society and the oldest legal organization in continuous existence in the United States. Phi Delta Phi was originally a professional fraternity but became an honor society in 2012. The fraternity was founded at the University of Michigan in 1869 "to promote a higher standard of professional ethics".
