Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius
is the fourth game in the Parodius franchise, a series of parody shooters produced by Konami. The gameplay is stylistically very similar to the ''Gradius'' series, but the graphics and music are intentionally absurd. The game contains a large number of Japanese voice samples shouted out in a style similar to that of a game show host. Unlike the previous two titles, ''Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius'' was not created as an arcade game. It was first released on the Super Famicom in 1995 and then ported and updated for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn in 1996. Gameplay The gameplay is very similar to the ''Gradius'' series, with a few exceptions. For one, there is an impressive array of characters to choose from. is a Konami video game that was first released for a Japan-exclusive market in 1988 for the Family Computer Disk System. It was later released as a cartridge in 1993 for the Family Computer itself. It was released on the Wii's Virtual Console in Japan on June 3, 2008, in North America on June 9, 2008, and in Europe on August 29, 2008. "That's the Way (I Like It)" is a song by American disco and funk band KC and the Sunshine Band from their self-titled second studio album (1975). The single became the band's second No. 1 hit in the ''Billboard'' Hot 100, and it is one of the few chart-toppers in history to hit No. 1 on more than one occasion during a one-month period, as it did between November and December 1975. ''Omake'' (, usually written ) means ''extra'' in Japanese language, Japanese. Its primary meaning is general and widespread. It is used as an anime and manga term to mean "extra or bonus." In the United States, the term is most often used in a narrow sense by anime fans to describe special features on DVD releases: deleted Scene (film), scenes, interviews with the actors, "the making of" documentary clips, outtakes, amusing bloopers, and so forth. , stylized as KuKeiHa CLUB, is a band that was formed by Motoaki Furukawa, a composer, arranger, and producer working for the game firm Konami, after his work on ''Gradius III'' back in 1990. It is often confused with コナミ矩形波倶楽部 ( Konami Kukeiha Club), Konami's team of composers (music in Konami games are credited to Konami Kukeiha Club, not Kukeiha Club).
