Park Ji-hoon (Korean: 박지훈; born March 14, 2000) also known by the mononym Jihoon, is a South Korean singer and one of two leaders of Treasure with Choi Hyun-suk under YG Entertainment. He debuted with the band on August 7, 2020 and its single album entitled '' The First Step: Chapter One''. Life and career 2000–2016: Early life Park Ji-hoon was born on March 14, 2000 in Nam District, Busan, South Korea as the youngest of two sons. While he enjoyed singing from a young age, he never intended to pursue the role of a singer until he encountered the YG Entertainment documentary series, ''WIN: Who Is Next'' (2013) while in seventh grade of middle school at age 14 (Korean age). Park Ji-hoon (; born May 29, 1999) is a South Korean singer and actor. Park first made his debut at eight years old as a child actor and advertisement model, appearing as a supporting cast member on the MBC historical drama ''Jumong'' (2006) and earning roles in television dramas such as ''The King and I'', ''Kimchi Cheese Smile'' and ''Iljimae''. Treasure (; Japanese: トレジャー; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean boy band formed in 2019 by YG Entertainment through the reality-survival program ''YG Treasure Box'' (2018–2019). The band consists of 10 members: Choi Hyun-suk, Jihoon, Yoshi, Junkyu, Yoon Jae-hyuk, Asahi, Doyoung, Haruto, Park Jeong-woo and So Jung-hwan. Choi Hyun-suk (Korean: 최현석; born April 21, 1999) is a South Korean rapper and one of two leaders of Treasure alongside Jihoon under YG Entertainment. ''The Mysterious Class'' (Korean: 남고괴담; RR: ''Namgogoedam''; "Ghost Story in a Boys' School") is a 2021 South Korean web series featuring an ensemble cast consisting of the members of boy band Treasure—Choi Hyun-suk, Park Ji-hoon, Yoshinori Kanemoto, Kim Jun-kyu, Yoon Jae-hyuk, Asahi Hamada, Kim Do-young, Haruto Watanabe, Park Jeong-woo and So Jung-hwan—and their former co-members Mashiho Takata and Bang Ye-dam. Bang Ye-dam (Korean: 방예담; born May 7, 2002) is a South Korean singer and former member of the boy band, Treasure under YG Entertainment. He is best known for competing in the second installment of ''K-pop Star'' (2012–2013) where he finished as runner-up. In June 2013, Bang was scouted by YG Entertainment and joined as a trainee. Following a seven-year training period, he released the digital single titled "Wayo" (왜요) on June 5, 2020. Thereafter, he debuted with Treasure on August 7.
