Jet Moto 3
''Jet Moto 3'' was released exclusively for the PlayStation (console), PlayStation video game console on September 1, 1999. It was the only ''Jet Moto'' title released by developer Pacific Coast Power & Light and publisher 989 Sports. It has been released only in North America. It was released on the PlayStation Network on February 21, 2008 but was removed shortly thereafter for undisclosed reasons. The game received moderately positive reviews. Reviewers generally praised the game's visuals, considering them an improvement over the previous installments. ''Jet Moto 3'' is the last title to date in the Jet Moto, ''Jet Moto'' series. Two additional sequels, ''Jet Moto 2124'' and ''Jet Moto: SOLAR'', were cancelled during development. Locomotive Games, Inc. (formerly known as Pacific Coast Power & Light) was an American video game company based in Santa Clara, California. The studio was owned by THQ, the studio developed games for a variety of game machines and consoles, while also working on several of THQ's major licenses and franchises. History The company was founded in December 1997 as Don Traeger Productions Inc. (with the trade name DT Productions) by Don Traeger (founder of EA Sports and BMG Interactive) and Dennis Harper (former executive of Atari Games). The company was acquired by THQ in 1999 for a total of $13 million. The studio was renamed to Locomotive Games in April 2005. The company was closed by THQ in 2008. Road Rash
Road rash is a colloquial term for skin injury caused by abrasion with road surfaces, often as a consequence of cycling and motorcycling accidents. It may also result from running, inline skating, roller skating, skateboarding, and longboarding accidents. The term may be applied to both a fresh injury and also to the scar tissue left by an old injury. Symptoms may include pain and heavy bleeding. Motorcyclists can reduce the risks of road rash by wearing appropriate motorcycle personal protective equipment such as a full face helmet, protective clothing, gloves, dusters and boots. SingleTrac Entertainment Technologies was an American video game developer, mostly for the PlayStation platform. The management team and much of the original development team came from Evans & Sutherland, bringing their 3D graphics and software engineering skills into the video game industry. Mountain Dew, stylized as Mtn Dew, is a carbonated soft drink brand produced and owned by PepsiCo. The original formula was invented in 1940 by Tennessee beverage bottlers Barney and Ally Hartman.
