Jesus Verzosa
Jesus Ame Versoza (born December 25, 1954) is a Filipino retired police officer who served as the chief of the Philippine National Police. Career A member of PMA Class of 1976, Verzosa served as the chief of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), and the Intelligence Group (IG). He also served as the Deputy Chief for Administration. On September 27, 2008, Verzosa was appointed by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to be the PNP Chief, replacing Avelino Razon. He retired early on September 14, 2010, replaced by General Raul Bacalzo. Calauan
Calauan (), officially the Municipality of Calauan ( tgl, Bayan ng Calauan), is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Laguna, Philippines. The municipality has a land area of 25.25 square miles which constitutes 3.41% of Laguna's total area. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 87,693 people.
