Jesus Estanislao
Jesus P. Estanislao is a Philippines, Filipino economist best known for having been the 6th Socio-economic Planning Secretary and concurrent Director-General of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) from 1989-1990, and Secretary of Finance of the Philippines from 1990-1992, during the government of President Corazon Aquino. He presently heads two private institutes committed to governance reforms: the Institute of Corporate Directors (for corporate governance), and the Institute for Solidarity in Asia (for national governance). He also chairs the President's Governance Advisory Council, which advises the Philippine President on governance issues. Maria Corazon "Cory" Sumulong Cojuangco-Aquino (; ; January 25, 1933 – August 1, 2009) was a Filipina politician who served as the 11th president of the Philippines from 1986 to 1992. She was the most prominent figure of the 1986 People Power Revolution, which ended the two-decade rule of President Ferdinand Marcos and led to the establishment of the current democratic Fifth Philippine Republic. Simon Tay
Simon Tay Seong Chee () is a Singaporean lawyer and legal academic who served as a Nominated Member of Parliament between 1997 and 2003. Early life and education Tay was born on 4 January 1961 in Singapore. His father, Tay Seow Huah, was a senior civil servant. Tay graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1986 with a Bachelor of Laws with honours degree. During his time as an undergraduate, Tay served as the president of the NUS Students' Union for three terms. The Philippine Legion of Honor ( fil, Lehiyong Pandangal ng Pilipinas; es, Legion de Honor Filipino) was established by President Manuel Roxas, through Philippine Army Circular No. 60 dated July 3, 1947.
