Jesse Love Jr. (born January 14, 2005) is an American stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the ARCA Menards Series in Venturini Motorsports's No. 20 Toyota, excluding 6 events. Love currently holds two records: He is the youngest winner ever in the ARCA Menards Series West, and the youngest winner ever in any NASCAR sanctioned event, both at 15 years, 5 months, and 13 days. He is also the youngest driver to win a NASCAR sanctioned championship; at age 15.. He was also the ARCA Menards Series West champion for 2020 and 2021. Racing career Love began racing at age five. New Smyrna Speedway is a 1/2-mile asphalt oval racetrack located near New Smyrna Beach, Florida, that races the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series every Saturday night. Iowa Speedway is a 7/8-mile (1.4 km) paved oval motor racing track in Newton, Iowa, United States, approximately east of Des Moines. The ARCA Menards Series is an American stock car series, the premier division of the Automobile Racing Club of America (ARCA). The 2022 General Tire 150 was the second stock car race of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series, the first race of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series West and the 2022 Sioux Chief Showdown, and the third iteration of the event. The race was held on Friday, March 11, 2022, in Avondale, Arizona at Phoenix Raceway, a 1-mile (1.6 km) permanent low-banked tri-oval race track. The 2022 ARCA Menards Series West is the 69th season of the ARCA Menards Series West, a regional stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in the United States. The season began on March 11 at Phoenix Raceway with the General Tire 150 and will end with another race at Phoenix Raceway on November 5. Jesse Love, who has won the championship for the last 2 years, will not go for a three-peat, as he revealed in an interview with ''Frontstretch'' that he would not return to the West Series full-time in 2022.
