Jerry Lambert (actor)
Jerry Lambert (born August 8, 1957) is an American stage, film, and television actor and voiceover artist. He is known for appearing in television commercials for companies such as GEICO, Holiday Inn, and Bridgestone. He also played fictional Sony executive Kevin Butler, and has appeared in commercials for Canadian restaurant chain Boston Pizza. His other television credits include the shows '' Sons & Daughters'' and ''Neighbors from Hell''; he also had a recurring role on the ABC sitcom ''American Housewife''. Early life and education Lambert was born in Shelton, Washington. He graduated from Montesano High School in Montesano in 1975. He graduated from Mount Hood College near Portland and from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. Kevin Butler (character)
Kevin Butler (portrayed by Jerry Lambert) was a marketing character used by Sony Computer Entertainment America as part of their ''It Only Does Everything'' (2009–11) and ''Long Live Play'' (2011) advertising campaigns for the PlayStation 3 in North America. He starred as the Vice President of various fictitious departments within the PlayStation division of Sony, responding to "Dear PlayStation" queries. Due to the positive reception to the commercials, Sony extended them throughout the remainder of 2010 as well as into 2011. The character was created by Deutsch LA, the advertising agency responsible for the campaign. Deutsch/LA also managed Kevin Butler's Twitter account and wrote his E3 2010 speech. Creative Circus graduates Will Lindberg and Mark Adler were responsible for creating the "Hall of Play" Facebook application to induct PlayStation gamers into the Hall of Play by Kevin Butler. Michael Søren Madsen (born September 25, 1957) is an American actor. He has starred in many films and television series, frequently collaborating with director Quentin Tarantino, most famously in the latter's debut film ''Reservoir Dogs'' (1992). Early life Madsen was born on September 25, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois. His mother, Elaine (née Melson; born 1932), was a filmmaker and author. ''Smother'' is a 2008 comedy film co-written and directed by Vince Di Meglio and starring Diane Keaton as a mother who is over-attached to her adult son, played by Dax Shepard.
