Jeremy Christie
Jeremy John Christie (born 22 May 1983) is a New Zealand international association football, footballer who most recently played for FC Tampa Bay in the North American Soccer League (2011), North American Soccer League. Christie specialises in Midfielder (association football), central midfield and as a Defender (association football), defender. Christie was part of the selected All Whites squad which competed at the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Career Club Christie has played for a number of teams since making his professional debut in 1999. He has played with Barnsley FC, Football Kingz, New Zealand Knights, Perth Glory and Wellington Phoenix. Christie signed with A-league expansion club Wellington Phoenix from Perth Glory for the start of the A-League 2007-08, 2007–08 season and joined up with fellow All Whites Shane Smeltz, Glen Moss, Tim Brown (footballer), Tim Brown and Mark Paston. Austin Aztex FC was an American professional soccer team based in Austin, Texas, United States. Founded in 2008, the team played in the USL First Division, and in the USL Division of the USSF D2 Pro League, the second tier of the American Soccer Pyramid. In October 2010, the Aztex were relocated to Orlando, Florida and became Orlando City after Orlando USL's rights were purchased by Phil Rawlins. Mark Nelson Paston (born 13 December 1976) is a New Zealand former Goalkeeper (association football), football goalkeeper who most recently played for the Wellington Phoenix FC, Wellington Phoenix in the A-League before announcing his retirement from professional football at the end of the 2012/13 A-League season. Tim Brown (born 6 March 1981) is a New Zealand former professional footballer and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of footwear company Allbirds. Brown was one of seven foundation players of the Wellington Phoenix, being signed in 2007 for the club's inaugural season in the A-League. Brown was known for his high work rate as a box-to-box midfielder, often making trademark late runs into the penalty box where he scored most of his goals. Glen Robert Moss (born 19 January 1983) is a retired New Zealand goalkeeper who played for New Zealand at international level. A foundational member of both the New Zealand Knights and Wellington Phoenix, Moss has competed in 14 seasons of the A-League, making 250 appearances while playing for the Knights, Phoenix, Melbourne Victory, Gold Coast United, and Newcastle Jets. Shane Smeltz
Shane Edward Smeltz (born 29 September 1981) is a New Zealand Australian footballer. He plays as a striker for Guiseley AFC in the Northern Premier League, the 7th tier of English football. Smeltz had spent much of his early career playing in Australia before moving to England where he played for two and a half seasons. He played mostly in the A-League from 2007 onwards, with the exception of brief stints with Gençlerbirliği in Turkey and Kedah FA in Malaysia. Perth Glory Football Club is an Australian professional soccer club based in Perth, Western Australia. It competes in the country's premier men's competition, A-League Men, under licence from Australian Professional Leagues.
