Jens Rasiejewski
Jens Rasiejewski (born 1 January 1975) is a German football manager and former player who last managed VfL Bochum. Career Rasiejewski made his debut on the professional league level in the 2. Bundesliga for FSV Frankfurt on 1 October 1994 when he came on as a half-time substitute in a game against SV Meppen. Coaching career From 2005 to 2008, Rasiejewski studied sports management in Düsseldorf and also obtained his DFB A coaching license. As part of his studies to become a sports manager, he spent around a year as an intern at Hannover 96, where he worked as sports coordinator at his old club from April 2008 and supported the work of sports director Christian Hochstätter. From July 2011 to June 2015, Rasiejewski coached the TSG 1899 Hoffenheim U-17 team as the successor to Xaver Zembrod. Marburg
Marburg ( or ) is a university town in the German federal state (''Bundesland'') of Hesse, capital of the Marburg-Biedenkopf district (''Landkreis''). SV Meppen
SV Meppen is a German association football club playing in Meppen, Lower Saxony. The club was founded on 29 November 1912 as ''Amisia Meppen'' and joined ''Männer-Turnverein Meppen'' on 8 February 1920 to form ''TuS Meppen 1912''. Regionalliga Süd (1994–2012)
The Regionalliga Süd ( en, Regional League South) was the fourth tier of the German football league system from 2008 to 2012. Until the introduction of the 3. Liga in 2008, it was the third tier. It was the highest regional league for the southern part of Germany. It covered the states of Bavaria, Hesse and Baden-Württemberg and was one of three leagues at this level, together with the Regionalliga Nord and the Regionalliga West. The Oberliga (, "Upper League"; plural: ''Oberligen'') is the fifth tier of the German football league system. Before the introduction of the 3. Liga in 2008, it was the fourth tier. At the end of the 2011–12 season the number of Oberligas was increased from eleven to fourteen. With the exception of the Nazi Germany, Nazi-era ''Gauliga'', the term ''Oberliga'' (equivalent to ''Premier League'' in English) was used prior to the Introduction of the Bundesliga, formation of the Bundesliga in 1963 for first-division leagues in Germany. Between 1978–94 the term ''Amateuroberliga'' was used for third-tier leagues, which were then the highest level of amateur play in the country. The Hessenliga (until 2008 ''Oberliga Hessen'') is the highest football league in the state of Hesse and the Hessian football league system. It is one of fourteen Oberligas in German football, the fifth tier of the German football league system. Until the introduction of the 3. Liga in 2008 it was the fourth tier of the league system, until the introduction of the Regionalligas in 1994 the third tier. Overview The league was formed in 1945 and except for its first two seasons it has always played as one single division. The league was called Landesliga-Hessen until 1950 and actually formed the second tier of southern German football. DFB-Pokal
The DFB-Pokal ( is a German knockout football cup competition held annually by the German Football Association (DFB). Sixty-four teams participate in the competition, including all clubs from the Bundesliga and the 2. Bundesliga. It is considered the second-most important club title in German football after the Bundesliga championship. Taking place from August until May, the winner qualifies for the DFL-Supercup and the UEFA Europa League unless the winner already qualifies for the UEFA Champions League in the Bundesliga. The competition was founded in 1935, then called the '' Tschammer-Pokal''. The first titleholders were 1. FC Nürnberg. In 1937, Schalke 04 were the first team to win the double. Marcus Mann (footballer)
Marcus Mann (born 14 March 1984) is a German former footballer and current sporting director of Hannover 96. Club career Mann began his career with Karlsruher SC, and broke into the first team in 2004, making two appearances in the 2. Bundesliga. He left the club in 2006, and spent the next two years in the Regionalliga Süd, playing for SV Darmstadt 98 and then Stuttgarter Kickers. In 2008, Kickers had qualified for the new 3. Liga, but were relegated after one season, so Mann moved on, joining 1. FC Saarbrücken. He helped the club win the Regionalliga West in his first season, and then establish themselves in the 3. Liga in his second. He signed for SV Wehen Wiesbaden in July 2011, where he spent three years before joining 1899 Hoffenheim II. Ismail Atalan (born 1 April 1980) is a German-Turkish Manager (association football), football manager, who last managed Hallescher FC. Coaching career Ismail Atalan started his managerial career in 2008 as a player-manager for the reserve team of the 1. FC Gievenbeck. In 2012, he became manager of Davaria Davensberg, where he coached until 2014. In November 2014, Atalan became head coach of Sportfreunde Lotte. In 2016, he led them to promotion to the 3. Liga.
