Jenny Ellaug Følling (born 19 March 1962) is a Norwegian politician for the Centre Party. She was elected as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Sogn og Fjordane in 2013. As Liv Signe Navarsete from Sogn og Fjordane was a member of the outgoing Stoltenberg's Second Cabinet, Følling met as a regular representative during the two weeks before the cabinet change. Liv Signe Navarsete (born 23 October 1958 in Sogndal) is a Norwegian politician from the Centre Party. She has served as county governor of Vestland county since 2022. She previously served as Minister of Local Government and Modernisation (Norway), Minister of Local Government from 2009 to 2013, Minister of Transport from 2005 to 2009 and party leader from 2008 to 2014. On 11 February 2014, she announced that she would retire as the leader of the party in April. She was succeeded by Trygve Slagsvold Vedum. She was also political advisor to the Minister of Health and Social Affairs (social affairs) from 1999 to 2000. Stoltenberg's Second Cabinet was the Government of Norway from 17 October 2005 to 16 October 2013. It was a coalition between the Labour Party, the Socialist Left Party and the Centre Party, known as the Red–Green Coalition. On 9 September 2013, the coalition was defeated in the 2013 election. The cabinet had ten members from the Labour Party, five from the Socialist Left Party and four from the Centre Party. Bygstad
Bygstad is a village in Sunnfjord Municipality in Vestland county, Norway. The village is located on the northern shore of the Dalsfjorden, about northwest of the innermost part of the fjord. The municipal center, Sande, is about to the southeast of Bygstad and Førde Airport, Bringeland sits about east of the village. The village is an old church site where there once was a stave church here dating back to the 13th century. Gaular is a former municipality in Sogn og Fjordane county, Norway. It was located in the traditional district of Sunnfjord. The administrative centre was the village of Sande. Other villages in the municipality included Bygstad, Hestad, and Vik. Gaular was sometimes referred to as ''Fosselandet'' (the land of the waterfalls) because it was home to 28 large and small waterfalls. The municipality was centered on the river Gaula.
