Jemma Mi Mi
Jemma Mi Mi (born 4 March 1996) is an Australian netball player in the Suncorp Super Netball league. She played for the Queensland Firebirds for six seasons before her contract was not renewed at the end of the 2022 Suncorp Super Netball season. She attended Carmel College, Thornlands Carmel College is a co-educational Catholic secondary college situated in Thornlands, Redland City in Queensland, Australia. Mi Mi made her debut for the Firebirds in 2017, signing with the Brisbane-based franchise in late 2016. Netball World Youth Cup
Previously known as the World Youth Netball Championships, the Netball World Youth Cup (since 2017) is the world championships of netball for national U21 teams, with all players being aged 21 years or younger. As part of the Australian Bicentenary celebrations in 1988 (Australia was founded in 1788), a new international tournament for youth took place in Canberra, the capital city of Australia. Its success led to this event being held once every four years. The most recent tournament was held in Gaborone in 2017, with New Zealand taking the title. Netball is a ball sport played on a court by two teams of seven players. It is among a rare number of sports which have been created exclusively for female competitors. The sport is played on indoor and outdoor netball courts and is specifically played in schools. Netball is most popularly played in Commonwealth nations. Touch rugby refers to games derived from rugby football in which players do not tackle each other but instead touch their opponents using their hands on any part of the body, clothing, or the ball. A formal, competitive variety, known as Touch, developed from rugby league and now exists as a sport in its own right. Carmel College is a co-educational Catholic secondary college situated in Thornlands, Redland City in Queensland, Australia. Established in 1993 under Brisbane Catholic Education, the college is the only Catholic secondary college in the Redland City area.
