Jeff Muncy
Jeff Muncy is an American television producer and toy designer. In 2004, the animated series ''Pet Alien'' was created based upon Muncy's popular toy line and book of the same name. The series was picked up internationally by Cartoon Network. Muncy has since focused his career on creating and developing animated film and TV projects. He is the creator and executive producer on the series ''Pajanimals'', which was produced by The Jim Henson Company and PBS Kids Sprout Universal Kids is an American children's television channel owned by the NBCUniversal Television and Streaming unit of Comcast's NBCUniversal. Pet Alien
''Pet Alien'' is a French-American computer-animated series produced by Mike Young Productions, Taffy Entertainment, Antefilms Productions, and John Doze Studios in 2005. It was created by Pajanimals creator Jeff Muncy and the episodes are mainly written by Dan Danko and directed by Andrew Young. The series centres on 12-year-old Tommy Cadle, whose lighthouse is invaded by five aliens. It aired on Cartoon Network and Kabillion in the United States. 52 episodes were produced, making 104 segments. Production Similar to some low-budget shows, the series uses only four voiceover actors; Charlie Schlatter, Charles Adler, Jess Harnell and Candi Milo. ''Jim Henson's Pajanimals'' (a portmanteau of the words ''pajamas'' and ''animals'') is an American-British children's TV series created by Jeff Muncy and Alex Rockwell. The Pajanimals are characters that were made by Jim Henson's Creature Shop at The Jim Henson Company. The series was filmed in Northern Ireland. It aired on PBS Kids Sprout (now Universal Kids) in the United States, and Sprout was a co-producer of the series. Premise The show is about the Pajanimals, four friendly animals who share the last moments of playtime before bedtime, sing songs, and learn a valuable lesson by traveling to whimsical lands. Universal Kids is an American children's television channel owned by the NBCUniversal Television and Streaming unit of Comcast's NBCUniversal. The channel launched on September 26, 2005, as PBS Kids Sprout, a preschool-oriented channel jointly operated by PBS, Comcast, Sesame Workshop, and HIT Entertainment, as an offshoot of the PBS Kids brand.
