Jeff Knight (politician)
Jeff Knight (born 1968) is an American politician serving as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives from the 129th district. He assumed office in February 2018. Early life and education Knight was born and raised in Lebanon, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in science education from Southwest Missouri State University. Career After graduating from college, Knight worked as a teacher and coach in the Ozark School District, Nixa Public Schools, Lebanon School District, and Camdenton School District for a combined 25 years. Lebanon is a city in and the county seat of Laclede County in Missouri. The population was 14,474 at the time of the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Laclede County. House members are elected for two-year terms during general elections held in even-numbered years. Ozark School District
The Ozark School District #14 is a school district, public school district in western Arkansas, based in Ozark, Arkansas, serving most of northern Franklin County, Arkansas, Franklin County and a small portion of western Johnson County, Arkansas, Johnson County. Nixa Public Schools
Nixa Public Schools operates four elementary schools for students in kindergarten through fourth grade: Mathews, Espy, Century, and the newest, High Pointe (named so because it sits on the highest elevation in Christian County), opened in August 2007. Also, two intermediate schools serve students in the fifth and sixth grades—Inman and Summit; one junior high school and one high school, are in the district.
