Jeff Garlett
Jeffrey Garlett (born 3 August 1989) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Melbourne Football Club and the Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He is of Indigenous descent. Background Garlett played his early football for Burracoppin, before playing for Swan Districts in the West Australian Football League in 2007. He lived with Anne and Maurice Embley (parents of many Swan Districts players, including 's Andrew Embley) and with Swans captain Shane Beros. Altogether, Garlett played 21 league matches for Swans between 2007 and 2008. AFL career Carlton (2009–2014) Garlett was recruited to the AFL by the Carlton Football Club with the sixth pick in the 2009 Rookie Draft. Mitchell Robinson (born 7 June 1989) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for and in the Australian Football League (AFL), he is also a professional ''Fortnite'' esports player, Twitch streamer and YouTuber. Robinson is a midfielder/half-forward who played junior football in Tasmania. Setanta Ó hAilpín (born 18 March 1983) is a Fijian-Irish sportsman. He played hurling at senior level for the Cork county team before becoming a professional Australian rules footballer. Ó hAilpín is of mixed Irish and Rotuman background. His brothers Seán Óg, Teu and Aisake are also noted sportsmen. Edward Robert Betts III (born 26 November 1986) is a former Australian rules football player who played as a forward for Carlton and Adelaide in the Australian Football League. Betts was originally drafted by Carlton with pick No. 3 in the 2004 Pre-Season Draft, where he played for nine years before Adelaide signed him as a free agent at the end of 2013. Cameron Cloke
Cameron Cloke (born 20 December 1984) is a former professional Australian rules footballer who played for the Collingwood Football Club, Carlton Football Club and Port Adelaide Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He is the son of former and Collingwood player, David Cloke and the brother of Jason and Travis Cloke. AFL career Cloke was drafted under the father-son rule in the 2002 National draft. In Australian rules football, a player can score a goal by kicking the oval ball between the two central goal posts. 298 players are recognised to have scored a goal with their first kick in the sport's premier competition, the Australian Football League (AFL), known before 1990 as the Victorian Football League (VFL). These players are often said to have joined an "elite" and "exclusive" club. Rarer still are players who have scored goals from their first two kicks – a mere 40 of these players have been recorded. Richmond Football Club
The Richmond Football Club, nicknamed the Tigers, is an Australian rules football team playing in the Australian Football League (AFL). Between its inception in the Melbourne suburb of Richmond in 1885 and 1907, the club competed in the Victorian Football Association (VFA), winning two premierships. Richmond joined the Victorian Football League (now known as the AFL) in 1908 and has since won 13 premierships, most recently in 2020.
