Jeff Coby
Jeffrey Réginald Coby (born February 4, 1994) is a Haitian-American professional basketball player who last played for Basket Racing Club Luxembourg of the Total League. He played college basketball for Columbia. High school career Coby played high school basketball for Sagemont School in Florida, where he was named team most valuable player in 2011 and earned Florida 3A first team honors in 2012. Coby also led Sagemont to its first Florida 2A title. In 2011, he was named among 20 student athletes from his school to visit Russia through a sports exchange program. As a senior, he transferred to Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut, where he helped his team finish second at the state championship. College career In his freshman season at Columbia, Coby averaged 2.8 points and 2.6 rebounds per game. He recorded 11 points and 6 rebounds on March 1, 2014 against Harvard. The Columbia Lions basketball team is the basketball team that represents Columbia University in New York City. The school's team currently competes in the Ivy League. The Liga Española de Baloncesto, also known as LEB Oro, is the second basketball division of the Spanish basketball league system after the Liga ACB. It is run by the FEB. The Liga Española de Baloncesto is divided into two categories (the other one is the LEB Plata). The LEB league was founded in 1996 and is played under FIBA rules. It was renamed LEB Oro in 2007. The league is contested by 18 clubs. Each season, the top-finishing team in the LEB Oro are automatically promoted to the Liga ACB. The Howard Bison men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents Howard University in Washington, DC, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference and is coached by Kenny Blakeney. History 2020 season and Makur Maker In Summer 2020, the university received a commitment from Makur Maker, a five-star recruit out of Arizona and cousin of NBA players Thon and Matur Maker.
