The river Jeetzel, which begins in the Altmark under the name Jeetze,Hans-Joachim Uhlemann and Martin Eckoldt, ''Kleine Nebenflüsse der Elbe oberhalb des Tidegebietes'', published in Hans-Georg Braun's 1988 ''Flüsse und Kanäle''. flows from Saxony-Anhalt through Lower Saxony, in Germany. Wustrow Dumme
Wustrower Dumme is a river of the German states Saxony-Anhalt and Lower Saxony. It is a roughly long, and a left, western tributary of the Jeetzel (also: Jeetze). Course The Dumme runs through the border region between Altmark in the south and Wendland in the north; in places it forms the border river between Lower Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. During its course it passes Bergen an der Dumme, before discharging into the northward-flowing Jeetzel near Wustrow, hence the first part of the name. Salzwedel Dumme
The Salzwedeler Dumme is a left, western tributary of the Jeetzel (also: Jeetze) in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Course The Salzwedeler Dumme runs a few kilometres south of the border with the neighbouring state of Lower Saxony in the Altmark region. It rises near Neuekrug-Höddelsen and passes ''inter alia'' the municipality of Dähre, before discharging into the northward-flowing Jeetzel at Salzwedel, hence the first part of the name. Dannenberg (Elbe)
Dannenberg is a town in the district Lüchow-Dannenberg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated on the river Jeetzel, approx. 30 km north of Salzwedel, and 50 km south-east of Lüneburg. Dannenberg has a population of 8,147 inhabitants (December 2010). Dannenberg is located on the German Timber-Frame Road. It is the seat of the ''Samtgemeinde'' ("collective municipality") Elbtalaue. It has a soccer team which plays in the regional league, TSV Dannenberg.
