Almașu ( hu, Váralmás) is a commune located in Sălaj County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of nine villages: Almașu, Băbiu (''Bábony''), Cutiș (''Kiskökényes''), Jebucu (''Zsobok''), Mesteacănu (''Almásnyíres''), Petrinzel (''Kispetri''), Sfăraș (''Farnas''), Stana (''Sztána'') and Țăudu (''Cold'').
