Jeannie Sandoval
Jeannie L. Ng Sandoval (born January 14, 1978) is a Filipino politician who is currently serving as the Mayor of Malabon since 2022. She previously served as Vice Mayor of Malabon from 2013 to 2019. Early life She finished her elementary and secondary education and her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University. Political career In 2004, she ran for Mayor under the Liberal Party, but lost to then-ABC President Canuto Senen "Tito" Oreta. Few days prior to election day, she promised that if ever she got elected, she will turn the city into a "food city" to elevate the livelihood of her fellow citizens. In 2013, she ran for vice mayor under the United Nationalist Alliance and won with a margin of 575 votes against her closest rival, then-Councilor Edwin Dimaguiba.
