Jean Lucas de Souza Oliveira (; born 22 June 1998), known as Jean Lucas, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Bahia. Club career Flamengo Born in Rio de Janeiro, Jean Lucas started his career with Nova Iguaçu's youth setup. Released at the age of 15, he represented Bonsucesso before joining Flamengo in 2015. In December 2017, Jean Lucas was definitely promoted to the first team ahead of the 2018 season by manager Reinaldo Rueda. He made his senior debut the following 17 January, starting in a 2–0 Campeonato Carioca away win against Volta Redonda and winning praise for his performance. Jean Lucas (racing Driver)
Jean Lucas (25 April 1917 – 27 September 2003) was a French racing driver. He participated in one Formula One World Championship Grand Prix, on 11 September 1955. Lucas was then manager of the Gordini team, and when regular driver Robert Manzon was unable to race, he stepped in to take his place. His retired his car with engine failure and scored no championship points. Lucas' best results as a driver were in sports car racing at the wheel of a Ferrari, winning at Spa-Francorchamps and Montlhéry in 1949. He retired in 1957 after a crash at the Moroccan Grand Prix. Lucas was one of the founders of the French motorsport magazine ''Sport auto''. Jean-Maximilien Lucas (died 1697) was a French bookseller and publisher, resident in the Netherlands from around 1667. He is now known as the first biographer of Baruch Spinoza. Life Lucas was born in Rouen at an uncertain date, 1636 or 1646. Having migrated to the Netherlands about 1667, he became a citizen of Amsterdam in 1670. He published a number of books, but was declared bankrupt in 1680. Without personal acquaintance with Spinoza, who died in 1677, Lucas met members of his circle through Jan Rieuwertsz, Spinoza's publisher. The 1719 biography, ''La vie de Monsieur Benoit de Spinosa'' is generally attributed to him, following Charles Levier. Internal evidence shows it was a production of the period immediately after Spinoza's death. It is hagiographical in tone and publicizes Spinozism.
