Missouri House Of Representatives
The Missouri House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the Missouri General Assembly. It has 163 members, representing districts with an average size of 37,000 residents. House members are elected for two-year terms during general elections held in even-numbered years. Missouri's house is the fourth largest in the United States even as the state ranks 18th in population. The only states with a larger lower house in the United States are New Hampshire (400), Pennsylvania (203) and Georgia (180). Republicans have controlled the State House since 2003. Andrew Koenig (politician)
Andrew P. Koenig (born December 21, 1982) is an American politician who since 2017 has served in the Missouri Senate. Koenig is a former member of the Missouri House of Representatives as well as a small business owner. He represented the 88th district from 2009 to 2012 and the 99th district, which includes Manchester, Twin Oaks, Valley Park, and parts of Fenton, from 2013 to 2017. Koenig was elected in 2017 and re-elected in 2020 to serve as the State Senator from the 15th district. Patricia Washburn Gunby is an American politician from the U.S. state, state of Missouri. A Democratic Party (United States), Democrat, she represented the 99th district in the Missouri House of Representatives from 2020 to 2023. Biography Gunby earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Tulsa. She won a special election to the Missouri House on November 5, 2019. Gunby is a resident of Ballwin, Missouri. On August 2, 2021, Gunby announced her plans to run for the Missouri's 2nd congressional district, congressional seat currently held by Ann Wagner. She won the primary on August 2, 2022. Wagner defeated Gunby in the general election on November 8. Killeen is a city in Bell County, Texas, United States. According to the 2020 census, its population was 153,095, making it the 19th-most populous city in Texas and the largest of the three principal cities of Bell County. It is the principal city of the Killeen–Temple–Fort Hood Metropolitan Statistical Area. Killeen is north of Austin, southwest of Dallas, and northeast of San Antonio.
