Jean-Paul Eale Lutula (born 4 October 1984) is a football (soccer), footballer who is currently playing for Qatari club Muaither SC, Muaither. Born in Zaire, he has represented both DR Congo and Rwanda at international level. Kinshasa (; ; ln, Kinsásá), formerly Léopoldville ( nl, Leopoldstad), is the capital and largest city of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
